DAMAGED ITEMS
Original Paintings: If the painting you received is damaged upon arrival, you have 60 days from your delivery date to report that your painting was damaged. Email your picture of the damaged painting to our email address to us. Images MUST contain the painting, box or envelope, and a picture of the shipping label. Once images are sent off the required items, we will issue a full refund.
Everything Else: If the items (posters, frames, prints, and canvases) arrive damaged upon arrival, you have 60 days from your delivery date to report that your item was damaged. Email your picture of the damaged item to us. Images MUST contain the item, box, or envelope and a picture of the shipping label. Once images are sent of the required items listed above, a replacement will be shipped free of charge. No refund or replacement will be provided if no image is sent within the time frame.
