• We use responsibly sourced wood for stretcher bars, mainly FSC certified wood, to make our canvas prints, ensuring a long-lasting and high-quality product.
• The slim canvas has an approximately 2cm /0.8″ thick wood stretcher bar. and comes with hanging hardware included for easy installation.
• We use coated fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester, for our canvas substrate. This provides a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable product.
• To ensure no damage during transportation, we ship our canvas prints in protective packaging and strong boxes.

• All original artwork shipped via Stallion Express/USPS, Canada Post Mail, or Registered Mail.
• Manufactured items are shipped from Gelato (US), via USPS or UPS.
• Free shipping for the United States and Canada.
• Orders ship twice a week.
• Transit Time: 2-3 business days.

Returns and Refunds:

• All sales are final. No exchanges.
• For damaged goods:
  • Original Paintings - Report the damage within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Send a picture of the damaged painting, box or envelope, and shipping label via email.
  • Other Items - Report the damage within 60 days of delivery. A replacement will be shipped free of charge. Share image of damaged item, box, or envelope, and shipping label via email.
